Manufacturing Integrated Design – Final Colloquium CRC 666
At the 21st of February 2017 the Institute for Production Engineering and Forming Machines organizes the “Manufacturing Integrated Design – Final Colloquium CRC 666” in Darmstadt, Germany.
For the first time the conference will be held at an international level to enable an exchange between scientific research and industrial application throughout the world. Parallel sessions offer the possibility to obtain a comprehensive overview on new advances in production technology covering current research results in manufacturing, material science, product development and optimization. In addition to insights into current research, the presentations include practical guidelines for solving technical questions in industrial environment. Every session will include a key note lecture.
Featured topics and scientific questions will be:
Benefits of industrial internet (Industry 4.0) for manufacturing environment |
Process understanding and control with the help of numerical simulation and inline-measuring
Current solutions in the development of roll forming tools and machines
|Mathematics:||Mathematical Methods for Product Design|
|Material Sciences:||Severe Plastic Deformation & Damage|
Data Management and Information modelling within the Product Creation Process|
Manufacturing Integrated Product Design
Structural Durability, Development and Production
On February 20th, we invite all participants to a welcome reception. Earlier that day there is another scientific conference in German language. The 10th Symposium on Roll Forming in Darmstadt: wapro2017.ptu-darmstadt.de.
During the welcome reception and the evening event, you will find the opportunity to actively contribute to discussions with your colleagues and to visit the workshop and mechanical facilities in a relaxed atmosphere.
I am looking forward to welcome you on February 21st, 2017 in Darmstadt.
